Our family cruise was a success! Thank you for your patience with our family as people decided to change their minds a bunch of times and at the last minute. You were more calm than I ever could have been!! The 3 people who backed out regretted it after they saw all of our pictures. Thank you for helping my grandmother get a scooter for the trip. It was easy peasy, the scooter was right in her room when we all got on the ship! There is no way my grandmother could have gotten off the ship and check out the ports if she didn't have a scooter. I over heard another person asking the front desk if they could rent a scooter and they told them that they did not have any on board, sounds like they need to work with a travel professional

Our first day in Anchorage, we went to Alaska Husky Adventures. They have 60 dogs, 10 are a litter of puppies. We learned so much about the Iditarod and their Alaska huskies, which are actually a mixture of breeds. We also got to help them prepare their dogs for the next race by taking a dryland sled ride. As soon as the dogs realized they were going sledding, they got so excited. When done, they jumped into the kiddie pools waiting for them. Best experience ever!

Jen was such a pleasure to work with. She provided us with a beautiful customized itinerary with exactly what we wanted to do in Hawaii. We are so glad we listened to her guidance of getting a rental car before time because when we picked up ours, there was a family who decided while on island they wanted one and & the car rental agencies had none! Thank you Jen for recommending Royal Caribbean for our family vacations! My family recently took our annual vacation, this time onboard Symphony of the Seas. One of the many things I love about Royal Caribbean is how accommodating the crew is to meeting dietary needs. We celebrated two birthdays on our cruise, and one of them was for my son-in-law, Josh. He is both gluten-free and dairy-free and the birthday cake the Symphony team prepared for him was still every bit delicious as it was beautiful.

We utilized Jen's services for our first family cruise this past summer. Jen made our trip pretty seamless by answering all of our questions, be it phone or email, and soothing all of our "first timer" nerves. We booked, through Jen, a one night hotel stay at the the Indigo in Downtown St Pete, FL. It was imperative that we had a hotel room within walking distance to the event we attended. When we went to check in they said the credit card that was used to hold the room was declined and that they tried calling 3 times. They cancelled our reservation and there was nothing they could do. Their excuse was a lie! Thank god I used a travel agent. Jen contacted the hotel and got us a better room than the original booking. They overbooked the hotel and cancelled reservations that didn’t check in by an allotted time. If we didn’t use a travel agent, even just for a one night stay, we would have been out of luck with no recourse.

Thank you for all your help planning our AMA river cruise!! It was by far the best trip we have ever been on!! And all of your personal touches made it all around a wonderful experience! We can't wait to plan our next vacation with you! This one was so jammed packed with excursions we agreed next vacation will be relaxing!! We typically do an adults only resort somewhere tropical over the winter, so maybe we can start to plan that in a month or two for the new year?

Last week we had the amazing opportunity to visit the Hard Rock Riviera Maya Resort and Hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico with my family. It was a multi-generational trip with ages ranging from 7-68!

First the theming of everything was amazing, from the pillow covers to the memorabilia all over the resort, you can tell you are in a place for music lovers and people that like to have fun. All the rooms at the resort have been upgraded with new bathrooms, new bathtubs (separate from the bathroom) and all come with a fully stocked bar and what my kids loved the most, the 24 hour room service! This was so fast, I felt like I turned around and there it was. The restaurants on property were very good and I have to say they had food and bars all over the place. There is a new GM on property and he wants to make everyone happy, thus adding in a taco/ceviche bar, and then another food area during the day that changed out the items daily. They even put a food station down on the beach for people to eat. The pool is open until 12am and I am pretty sure the pool bar stayed open that late too. It was perfect for all those people doing destination weddings and there to have a good time. The beach was fantastic if you have small kids and you love to snorkel. They had Kayaks right there for anyone to use as well as snorkel gear. My kids loved the beach and the pool so we went back and forth between the two.

There were two highlights of our trip. One was going to the Eco Parks, Xcaret and Hel Ha. These parks are amazing. Be prepared they are LONG days (all day, pick up at 8 and transfer back between 4 & 6pm) but I have to say it was totally worth it. We even got to swim with the dolphins at Hel Ha. I can’t wait to do that again.

My Second highlight was just being together with my family making memories. Everyone loved the property and even more so, the people at the property. They couldn’t do enough for you. From the lady cleaning our rooms, to the service staff to even the event staff, everyone was warm, friendly and simply AMAZING.

It was truly a fantastic vacation. Below are some recommendations :

Property is great for families with smaller kids
Rooms are tiny, so be prepared. If clients have bigger kids they WILL need 2 rooms. The double room has 2 full beds, not 2 Queen beds. If you are used to a King, this is a problem. Save yourself a head ache and book the two room. They have all the rooms that are doubles connecting with the king, so it works out great.

IF you can book the Rock Royalty accommodations, it is totally a bonus. The rooms are the closets to the beach and the pools and the children’s club. The personal assistants are amazing and will book anything you want. We were treated to this and it was fantastic.

The Shows every night were fantastic, energetic and a lot of fun. Many people were tired from being outside all day, that the showroom never really filled up, but they had a crowd.

We can't thank you enough for all the time you spent when we were stuck in paradise (Caribbean) because of the snow storm & flights being cancelled. You made this set back smooth for us and I am sure it was hectic & time consuming for you. We are glad that you recommended insurance because we will get back everything we had to pay out of pocket! What a relief!

The kids loved all the Sesame Street Characters & parade when we arrived. The kid shows were fun - even for the adults. Our room was just steps from the beach which was helpful when we have kids that love the ocean rather than the pool. The kids are usually picky eaters, but they enjoyed the food & even asked if I could learn to cook like that. We enjoyed the boat ride that took us to a great snorkeling spot. You were right, all the water activities were included, which saved this family a ton! The water park was good for the kids. They would keep going down the same slide when there were others to choose from. The beach party at the water park was really fun & the kids enjoyed the fire eater. We loved Beaches Ocho Rios and look forward to checking out the other 2 Beaches properties.

WOW! This was our 1st trip to a Sandals property & won't be our last. The staff is phenomenal, we felt like we were VIPs. The concierge area is very helpful. Beautiful property, we even saw a wedding take place from our balcony! It is super close to the airport as you mentioned, and we did hear the planes, but the noise didn't bother us, we were lost in paradise. Can't wait till our next year Sandals vacation!
